Hello, I'm Konstantin, and my passion lies in designing experiences that bring deepness and lightness into this world. My diverse background includes research and academia at MIT in Boston, founding a successful training company in Vienna and exploring the realms of life-coaching, shamanic, and systemic practices. In my journey three core aspects shape how I work:

Life is all about change and discovering who we are. The experiences I create are all driven by my passion to support this process and our personal growth.

Freedom and independency deeply matter to me, but when I create, I always co-create with and for others. We are better together.

Life is tough, and our world can be a strange place. Therefore, I deeply believe in the power of playfulness, joy and lightness.
In short, I create experiences and tools that support you on your journey towards yourself and beyond.
THIS DRIVES MY WORK
All my life, I have been searching for something. Sometimes it was a connection to others, at other times a meaning or purpose, and often just a goal that gave me orientation. On this journey - that I am still on - I encountered beautiful theories, inspiring humans, useful methods and a more profound understanding of myself and my desire for change. I learned to surrender to the fact, that I can’t “solve” life - but that I need to live it - to experience it. And the best way for me to experience it, is to jump into the pool of life, dive deep and explore it. For me, it’s not about bringing up the treasures, but about the joy of swimming and sharing the discoveries with others.
HOW I CREATE
When we experience reality, we sometimes shy away from challenges, confrontations and transformation. We want to grow and improve, but not get hurt, frustrated or lost. So what I am interested in, is the question of how we can create deep playful experiences that allow people to surpass their limitations and go deep through lightness. Technologies, game mechanics, fiction, sounds, physical
sensations, algorithms, challenges, smells, tastes etc. can be powerful tools and methods to open our hearts and minds to these experiences. In my work I co-create playful experiences and journeys,I facilitate workshops and events and I explore methods and tools how we can deepen our learning from these experiences. Sometimes I also teach or coach or write about these things and I love using technology in unorthodox ways.
